The last two Sundays, we've scheduled the service within YouTube and reconnect through Wirecast to our YouTube lecting the newly scheduled event. On one occasion, we built the scheduled service from within Wirecast from what I believe was a saved Wirecast document.
In those situations, we've just kept the YouTube output option as "go live" and not set up anything in advance. Other weeks we've come in Sunday morning and from a new Wirecast document, built a service. I don't believe we'd have to click "Go Live" on YouTube. This worked well for the first couple of weeks.at least with no complaints. Then Sunday morning open a saved Wirecast document, go into the Output menu, select YouTube, then select the service from the upcoming events. About mid-week, we'd schedule-through our church media ministry YouTube account-the upcoming Sunday service for 8:50. When we've done that, some of our members haven't seen the upcoming feed on our church's YouTube channel and have panicked thinking we're not going live. Do you schedule streams through YouTube and select it on Wirecast? It seems like most people I've talked to just let Wirecast handle it all.
